Now is a time to dive deep into yourself, and find your flow and awareness. When you are self aware you are able to see the whole version of yourself.
Now that doesn’t mean look far outside yourself for answers materialistically, it means diving deep into the ocean of your mind and soul to see what makes your waves move. (you like that, didn’t you.)
Being self aware also allows you to have full control of every situation given to you; allowing you to fully be objective while managing your subjectivity. How objective, you ask; being able to step back and see the full picture, including yourself. That helps you maintain what you take in and give out while also watching your emotional patterns to help you discern an action to be had rather than an emotional reaction being given.
Otherwise, you can become too subject causing emotional outrage and selfishness; only looking at how things make you feel rather than how your action can cause an equal or opposing reaction. To which then causes what I call a Fantasy mindset (meaning merging dream fantasy with reality causing illusion of actuality; because you are not focused on how you or your actions contribute to the big picture, therefore you are unable to see your true calling because you're focused on what's fake.).
Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to fantasize sometimes because dreaming can set the foundation of your manifestations and goals, but sometimes it can lead to complacence and stagnation if done too much without action.
The Key
The key to bringing center to your self-awareness; whenever you feel yourself being knocked off your balance, focus on your breathing. Focus your mind in the now, and what things you can control. Allow yourself to let go of the things that you cannot control, then come to terms with what is making you feel imbalanced. When you breathe it brings your awareness to your center, allowing you to calm the static feeling of the angst of the situation. Once you have calmed those waters, it makes it easier to flow on the inside and outside.
How self-awareness can effect your work ethic:
When you apply the right a mount of ‘self’ to your awareness, your work then becomes more successful and enjoyable.
Example:
When you become aware of yourself; you become aware of the things you are doing subjectively because you’re moving objectively (meaning stepping back and analyze you and your situation; looking at the cause and effect of your actions onto others.) By doing so you are able to move and see why your movement is important and how your wave adds to the ocean of life, therefore allowing you to have as slower/calmer focus (meaning more keen in your awareness), bringing ease and allowing you to focus on your daily tasks.
This gives you the ability to thoroughly work and watch you and those work around you, and allow things to fall into place when you ‘feel’ you have no control.
Thus, you become aware of your affect on others around you and vice versa. This can cause others to become aware simply by feeling your awareness.
Like plants; When we are well within ourselves, we emit positive energy and attract that energy alike. Causing a balanced ecosystem.
However, Have you ever noticed that if someone is upset around you, others and even yourself start to become upset, too?
The energy you give, you get in return.
Think of the world today; Full of many people and personalities. Ask yourself: is the main flow around you, positive or negative? Do you add onto the positive or negative flow?
Do you allow yourself room to grow? Does your environment give you space to grow?
What are you doing to receive the energy you are getting in return?
When you heal yourself and share that energy; you grow and you helps others grow ,right, simply by being around you; the easy flow of energy.
Imagine, when you are well with in your meaning (flow), how whole you will feel with who and where you are; the easy flowing feeling you will feel. Tell yourself you are already there; Breathe it in. Visualize and manifest it into your life. Dive deep into you, find out more of who you are. To make more of the impression you wish to leave.
Take time in your day to observe the world around you, and you will see who is aware and who is not.
